When you use the Website Scanner, Full Assessment or request Expert Services, we may collect:
- Your name, business email, company name and role
- The website URL or text you submit for scanning
- Assessment answers and scan results
- Any message you include with a service request
We do not collect payment information through this platform. We use minimal analytics to understand platform usage and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Generate and deliver your indicative exposure assessment or report
- Follow up with relevant next steps, information or service proposals
- Improve the accuracy and usefulness of the platform
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations where applicable
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit your details to unlock a report or request contact) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, email delivery and AI processing), under appropriate data-processing agreements.
For paid orders we share the data needed to complete your purchase with Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and billing support on our behalf. We may also share data with professional advisers (legal and accounting) and with authorities where required by law.
